4/20/09 Congratulations to the members for achieving an all house GPA of 3.12.

The 3.12 avg. GPA in Oregon Alpha is the highest among all Oregon State IFC chapters.

2/08/09 Congratulations to Derek Scott from Oregon Alpha for being selected to participate in the Tragos Quest to Greece. TQTG is a unique chance for a very select few of gifted SigEps to get together in Greece to learn and discuss our fraternal roots.

2/08/09 Oregon Alpha walks home from CLA with 3 awards. This weekend in Los Angeles, CA 14 members represented Oregon Alpha at the Carlson Leadership Academy. They participated in group discussions to better the house through the Executive positions. The three awards are as follows, Residential Learning Community, Phi Beta Kappa Wheel House, Scholarship Excellence Cup.

5/22/08 Congratulations to the members of Oregon Alpha at the Greek Awards Banquet for winning the Brennan cup for being the best fraternity on campus as well as coming in first in grades for the year.

4/01/08 Congratulations to the members for achieving an all house GPA of 3.22.

The GPA of 3.22 is highest among the all university average as well as the top grades among all fraternities.

3/14/08 2 $500 Scholarships Now Available.  The Spring Balanced Man Scholarship is now available.  If you are an Undergraduate male with at least a 3.0 GPA who stays involved on campus and in the community click the Balanced Man Scholarship logo at the top of this page to fill out an application. 

2/09/08 Oregon Alpha walks home from CLA with 4 awards.  This weekend at CLA in San Mateo, California 13 members from Oregon Alpha went to CLA.  They came back with 4 awards: Phi Beta Kappa Wheelhouse award for grades, Manpower award for most members of any fraternity on campus, Manpower Excellence award for having over 90 members, and the Scholastic achievement award for having the highest GPA on campus of all Fraternities.  All of these awards are awarded for the 2006-2007 school year.  Congratulations.

1/14/08 Congratulations to the members of Oregon Alpha for achieving an all house grade of 3.12.  This GPA is first among all fraternities and the all university average.  Good luck to the members as they go into their studies during winter term to strive to achieve a higher GPA.
